Are Realtones Taking Over The Mobile Phone Ringtones Market

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Pete_Moret]Pete Moret A long long time ago, there were the monophonic ringtones who ruled the market under their big leader the nokia tune. Later on the polyphonic ringtones came and beat them. But now the time has come for the realtones… First let me explain what realtones exactly are. Technically they’re mp3 songs or songs in another format. The difference between realtones and polyphonic ringtones is the fact that polyphonic ringtones are .midi files and realtones are .mp3 or another music format. Midi files are only capable of creating beeps like the polyphonic and monophonic ringtones do. Mp3 files are compressed songs. So you actually hear the real song of the radio but only a shorter version. There are different sorts of realtones available. The first realtones were actually called truetones, those truetones are realtones with a weird sound. There are truetones of a fart or farm sounds. But you also have truetones of celebrities having a talk with you. Something like: hey you pick up the phone. Also you have nametones. Those nametones are songs that have a name in it. There are a lot of nametones available and a nametone with your name in it would probably exist. It sounds weird, a realtone with your name in it. But someone is actually singing with your name, something like: Peter, you’re telephone rings pick it up before it’s too late. But the biggest hit will probably be the real realtones. The realtones with your favorite song. But it might take a while before it hits big because a lot of people haven’t bought a phone that supports realtones yet. But a lot of mobile phones that are for sale now do support realtones and are not that expensive anymore. Realtones are quite expensive in comparison with polyphonic ringtones. But people are willing to pay for it. The reason why they’re that expensive is because of the record companies. They charge about $1,50 dollars per sold realtone. And then the selling company has only the rights to sell them, the realtone isn’t even created yet. In spite of the costs and the fact that not all the phones support them, the realtones are already very popular. And will probably become the leading product for the mobile phone soon. On [http://www.coolerealtones.com]coolerealtones.com are thousands of [http://www.coolerealtones.nl/]realtones and [http://www.coolerealtones.com/nametones.php]nametones. They also have truetones and irritones. And offcourse… the good old monophonic and polyphonic ringtones. Professional Cookware

By Peter Emerson Professional cookware is available in a wide variety of styles, sizes, and materials. Professional cookware is used not only in big hotels or restaurants, but also in millions of households. It is difficult to imagine a kitchen without a pressure cooker or a simple tea kettle. Professional cookware has come a long way though from its humble beginnings. You have all sorts of materials being used to produce professional cookware. Copper, aluminum, stainless steel, you name it and cookware is being manufactured out of these materials. Price is always a consideration while choosing professional cookware. One has to evaluate his/her needs while buying professional cookware. For instance, you may be looking for a cookware item which is good to look at as well as would give you great performance, while others may opt for a plain looking cookware item, which would simply serve their purpose. The primary consideration should always be the material of which your professional cookware made of. Copper, for example, is expensive, but the best conductor of heat. But one disadvantage with copper is the sometimes copper may react chemically with certain food materials to produce harmful toxins. Stainless steel also makes for good professional cookware, but sometimes the heat conduction is not evenly dispersed. So, every material has its own pros and cons, and choosing one ultimately depends on your requirements. One thing though, stainless steel perhaps is the ultimate compromise material. It follows the golden mean in all aspects, heat conduction and price included. It is also very easy to clean, durable, and non-reactive. This is the reason professional cookware made up of stainless steel is always in great demand. One can get extensive information on professional cookware by visiting online resources dedicated to the topic. Cookware provides detailed information on Cookware, Cast Iron Cookware, Stainless Steel Cookware, Cookware Sets and more. Cookware is affiliated with Paper Chef Hats. Surviving a Break-Up – Why Non Contact is So Important

By Katherine Reschke One of the hardest things to get used to when a relationship breaks up is the lack of contact with the other person. Even if that contact hadnt been pleasant before the break-up it was still a constant in your life that is no longer there, so often we crave it. Yet all the advice is to go into no contact with the ex. We are told do not contact him/her under any circumstances and the advice is good. Prolonging the contact prolongs the pain. Its like smoking a cigarette when we are trying to give up we often land straight back at square one. So what do you do if you want to contact the ex so badly you are finding it harder and harder to resist. First make the contact as difficult as possible. Erase all numbers from all phones and delete email addresses. You will probably remember them all anyway but it does make it a more conscious decision when you have to dial the number rather than hitting the speed dial and the extra time it takes may be enough to allow you to rethink the decision. It also signals a firm intent on your part to maintain non contact. If you are making excuses not to take this step then review your commitment to the non contact. Imagine the very worst reaction your ex could have to you contacting him or her and keep that picture in your head. Imagine them screaming at you or being utterly cold or saying mean things to you. Hopefully this will help put you off calling them. Also block their number and email so they cant contact you. Next, keep busy. If the urge gets really strong, get out of the house and leave your cell phone behind. Go see a movie, go for a walk or go shopping. If this is not possible or not appealing then keep yourself occupied in the house. Call a friend, watch your favorite DVD or cook something special just for you. Be good to yourself. Give yourself little treats anything that makes you feel a bit better. Take time to grieve but be aware it takes time. Lean on your friends, especially those who have been through the same thing but also beware of wallowing in it too much. Get into action, Review your life. Think of all the things you didnt do when you were in a relationship and do them all. Visit the museums your ex found boring, eat in bed, and take that evening course. You now have a lot more freedom use it and have fun. Remember in all of this, every day you resist making any contact makes it a little easier until there comes the day you thought would never arrive, where you have no desire to speak to them at all except maybe a mild curiosity to know what they are doing. Then and only then can your really reclaim your life. Good luck with it all its not easy but it is very doable. As they say in AA, take one day at a time. Acupuncture Is All About Currents

By Hotaka Sutton Acupuncture is ostensibly the manipulation of energy within the body. Many have surmised that the flow of electricity within the body is at the heart of the matter. Most people in the West view acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine as an ancient practice that has remained unchanged for thousands of years in the mysterious orient. It does not matter if they accept or reject it as an alternative treatment option. They still do not view it as something dynamic and always changing. The truth is that acupuncture has not been immune to the changes wrought in our society by technology. In the last century, there have been many developments in acupuncture theory. These include the discovery and study of several holistic theories such as Ear acupuncture and the use of electro-stimulation. There has been some thought that the acupuncture needles actually produce very minute electrical charges when they are twirled while inserted. It is also believed that the needles, when left in place, tend to drain excess electrical energy at a cellular level. This has led to the administration of small current electrical charges into the needles to replace the need to twist them or reinsert them to produce maximum effect. A logical advance from this has been the idea of electrical charge acupuncture. This is the idea that the needles themselves would not be necessary if the same effect could be produced by administering a small electrical charge to the acupuncture point. The electrical charge that is used is very small. It ranges from .03-10 Hz and has an intensity of between 25-150 micro-amps. It can be applied in a short application or for a longer duration using an electro-pad to provide continuous stimulation. Electric charge acupuncture has been very effective in the treatment of pain and inflammation of joints and tendons. Athletes and practitioners of sports medicine have been some of its most ardent supporters. Although it might seem that the major reason for its popularity is the humans normal aversion to the idea of needles, this is not completely true. It is true that the insertion of needles is more time consuming and does pose very slight risks of bleeding and bruising. This approach eliminates these small risks and the treatments can be performed faster and with less trouble. More important than speed or comfort, however, might be the idea that the charged acupuncture might be more effective for certain types of treatments. If there is a measurable electrical stimulation that is causing the control of qi during needle insertion, it makes sense that an electrical form of producing this stimulation might have even greater potential. Although the treatment is new and not much clinical evaluation has been done as of yet, electric acupuncture is an indication that Traditional Chinese Medicine is a dynamic and ever changing approach to health treatment. It is most likely that this has always been true, but the technological age might be accelerating the process as it has done in so many other areas. Common Mistakes Men Make When Calling A Woman On The Same Day To Attract Women

By Teddy Shabba A common mistake men make when calling a woman on the same day he wants to make plans with a woman is he does too much. Calling a woman and inviting her to dinner and a movie is confusing at best. On the one hand you displayed a confident guy in calling and asking for the date on the same day. Then on the other hand you displayed needy behavior by offering dinner and a movie. If you want to see a woman the day after you meet you need to set up plans while you are talking face to face with her. If you don’t make plans then consider her off limits for at least a week unless you have plans in a group format that pop up before the week is up and even then you want to wait till the day of the event to call. Now, if after a week you had no plans come up and you still have nothing to do call her up and invite her for a cup of coffee four hours from so you can get a chance to really know her and see what she is about. If she declines she offer up another date if she likes you and give you nothing if she doesn’t like you that much. If she offers a new date tell her you are pretty busy but if you have time you will try and give her a call. Now she might get upset with this answer and if she does it means she really likes you so tell her if she needs an answer today it is no but you will still give her a call. Either way you should call her on the day she said she was available and set-up plans then. However, if she gives you nothing tell her thanks and that you will give her a call later, if she doesn’t give in odds are you real low on her interest level and you can call later but it will be more of the same. If she says anything it means that you are in and you treat her just like you would if she had answered the first time. Eat More, Weigh Less

By Gary Gresham To eat more and weigh less sounds impossible doesn’t it? But with a few simple facts and gaining a little knowledge you may be able to turn the tables on your weight loss success. You may actually lose unwanted pounds without having that constant hungry feeling. Eating more and weighing less begins with learning a new way of eating that promotes weight loss without feeling hungry. You are eating healthier to lose weight. Nine out of ten people who try to lose weight fail to keep it off. Dieters know that empty feeling in the pit of your stomach, not to mention that growling sound that erupts when you lower your food intake. The key to eat more and weigh less is figuring out the energy density of foods. Energy density foods are divided into four categories: 1. Very low energy dense foods, which include most fruit and vegetables, skim milk and broth based soups. 2. Low energy dense foods, which include cooked grains, cold cereal with skim milk, low-fat meats and salads. 3. Medium energy dense foods, which include meats, cheeses, salad dressings, and snack foods. 4. High energy dense foods which include candy, chips, cookies, crackers and nuts. Our senses play an important role in being comfortable and satisfied with the amount of food we eat. A meal begins with our eyes and tiny portions make us feel we will never be full. While large portions of food make us believe that when we are done we will be satisfied and happy. The smell and taste of food also adds enjoyment to our meals. With larger amounts of food, we have more time to take in the sensory delights. More food takes longer to digest, which sends full-feeling messages to our brain. The more we eat the more satisfied signals our brain receives. If you want to eat more and weigh less, most of the foods you eat should come from low energy dense foods (#2) and should be combined with fruit and vegetables from very low energy foods (#1). You can combine medium energy dense foods (#3) in small amounts and you’ll have a full plate of food and won’t leave the table hungry. The key to all of this is to train your senses by filling your plate full with the right kinds of food with fewer calories, which in turn means you can eat more and weigh less. Best Insurance Policy for Relationships

By Helene Rothschild Ive been having an affair and my wife does not know about it, John, a forty-two-year-old salesman, told me remorsefully. I feel so guilty for sneaking around with my lover, Betty, a married woman with two small children, expressed with exasperation. Both John and Betty are only two examples of the many clients who admitted their extra-marital relationships to me behind the closed door of my office, during their counseling session. My response to every one of those distraught clients who confirmed that they loved their marriage partner was, If you could have with your spouse what you are receiving from your lover, would you end your affair? The answer from practically every guilt-ridden client was, Yes. In fact, there was a sign of great relief on their faces as they entertained the thought that they could receive what they wanted from their husband or wife. With a process I developed, HART which stands for Holistic and Rapid Transformation, I then proceeded to explore with the client what they found lacking with their spouse that they were seeking in others. Once they were clear, I invited their partner in for a session to do the same. Ninety-nine percent of the time, I discovered that the spouse also felt discontented in the relationship. They too were having a secret affair, or they were expressing their frustrations in other waysfor example, by gaining weight, not keeping their agreements, overspending, withholding affection, nagging, or being verbally or physically abusive. Ironically, I found that both husband and wife were in tune with their wants and needs. In fact, we can make one list that applies to both partners. The following is a short summary of what most people want from their marriage partner: 1) respect and appreciation 2) support to be their unique selves 3) quality time together 4) new and varied activities 5) win-win problem solving 6) constructive communication 7) alone time 8) some separate activities 9) affection and fulfilling love making 10) unconditional love Experiencing these qualities with your spouse is probably the best insurance policy that you can have in your relationship. There is no need to look elsewhere when you have it all. Copyright 2006 by Helene Rothschild, MS, MA, MFT, a Marriage, Family Therapist, intuitive counselor, author, and speaker. Newsletters Can Help Your Small Business Keep Customers

By Kelly Biedny One key to keeping clients coming back for more is to make sure that they don’t forget about your small business and the services it provides. This doesn’t mean barraging customers with junk mail or spam, but by balancing your marketing efforts to provide value. One great way to do this is with newsletters. Newsletters can be electronic or paper or a combination of both. Print Newsletters For established customers, a quarterly or monthly newsletter is a great way to keep you business fresh in their minds while providing valuable information related to your area of expertise. For example, my investment advisor sends out a quarterly, four-page traditional type newsletter filled with great tips that are relevant to the time of year. I love getting it because the information is great; and for him, well he’s my go to guy when it comes to financial questions. His newsletter is not only establishing him as an expert, but also helping to build the relationship with me, his client. The newsletter can be as large or as small as you want, the important thing is to provide valuable, relevant information that your customers will want to receive. You can write the pieces yourself, or there are several resources online for free reprint articles on tons of subjects. You can also hire someone to write the pieces for you it’s more affordable than you may realize and unlike reprint pieces, these will be attributed to you (no references to other businesses with the same expertise). Electronic Newsletters An electronic newsletter is similar to a traditional one in content, however, there are considerations. CAN-Spam laws need to be taken into consideration when sending the newsletter as do delivery options. There are many services available that will help to make sure your newsletter is compliant with anti-spam laws as well as manage your list and delivery options and I strongly recommend using one. I don’t recommend sending more than once a month unless you have valuable information your customers will want to know. Also remember, people get LOTS of email, so over-sending is one way to ensure your e-mails will end up in the trash or your subscribers will UN-subscribe. Which is Better: Print or Electronic? The answer to this question is dependent on your market. In some cases a combination of the two can work affectively as well. You will have to determine what your customer demographics are and which option would be most effective for your small business. My mantra is “Communication, communication, communication,” and newsletters are just one more way to get your message to your customers. By sharing your valuable knowledge with your customers you are reinforcing the value of your small business and supporting the relationship you have with your customers. I encourage you to take the first step and start thinking about ways a newsletter can work for your small business. For resources on newsletters, visit Kleobell Creative Business Solutions.
